My friend keeps complaining that she can not see online video fluently on her PC. Whenever she wants to see a movie online, it appears to be intermittent and slow all the time, which always make her upset very much.

Actually, this frustrating situation is possibly due to the slowness of her PC, which mainly comes to four reasons: the virus or malicious software, not enough memory, too many junk files in system, and network problems.
